Refund and Returns Policy

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 2 days of the product delivery. All returned items must be new and in an unused condition.

Pickup will be attempted twice. If the courier company fails to pick up the shipment. You will need to return the shipment to our address.

Reverse Pick Up is dependent on the availability of the service in your area pin code.

Issues in quality/quantity must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.

100 INR logistic charges will be deducted as a part of refund process.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please raise a request with a clear photo or a video that shows the product’s defects. Once the return is approved your order will be picked up within 4 -5 working days.
The team will work on the refund after the product is received. Refunds take 3-5 business days to appear in your original form of payment.
In order to be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned with all tags attached, unworn, unused, and unwashed, in the exact condition that you received it.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can’t be cancelled once its shipped, you can cancel the order before it is shipped by visiting the my account page.

EXCHANGES

We confirm your size before dispatching any product. However, if the customer still has any size issue with the product later, then he/she needs to mail us within 48 hrs from the date of delivery of the parcel. The customer will have to courier the product in good condition on the company address and also pay 200 rs for the exchange ( re-shipping fee).

Exchange is allowed on size issues only.

Exchange will not be issued on product exchange.

All purchases made on offers and discounts are non exchangeable.

When Exchange and return is not accepted?

Exchange and return not accepted due to color Difference. 10 % Colour difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.

Exchange and return are not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the product order. As we use the best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you please read all the details before placing the order.

Exchange and return are not accepted if the piece is specially customized of the customer.
